James is the driver and overseer of global creative output across all projects, internal and external - he sees ideas in unexpected places.
He likes conceptual art, the feeling of the sun on his face, and Jaffa Cakes. He's unusually good at word association, and always opts to trust his instinct.

Paul creates the perfect conditions for the global team to thrive - and he’s an expert at half-time team talks.
He likes a New York slice, sunrise swims, and watching Les Misérables (again, and again). He knows where to look to find the moodiest lighting, and makes a killer shakshuka.

Michelle is a self-described recovering architect, leading the team at Acrylicize’s New York studio - she always gets to the heart of the matter, one way or another.
She likes refurbishing sidewalk finds, singing loudly on long car rides, and unexpected movie endings. 1,000-piece puzzles don't scare her, and she's a pro at folding fitted sheets.

She likes a solid cup of tea, tending to her garden, and windy walks. She's very good at drawing plants and animals, and always wins the 'first bar of film music' game.

Maria oversees effective resource management and a seamless workflow across all teams - she's known to create order from chaos.
She likes the feeling of discovering forgotten cash, the first breath of sea air when you arrive at the beach, and grocery store music. She can sniff out a deal from a mile off, and never struggles to nap.

Zoe leads the design vision for the London studio, driving innovation for large-scale projects and art in the public realm - she always sees the bigger picture.
She likes pasta in all forms, beating Google Maps’ walking estimates, and a fresh jar of pickled chillies. She can cook perfectly runny fried eggs, and writes poetry like a pro.

Jack oversees project management teams in both London and New York, and ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget - in short, he makes things happen.
He likes the first coffee of the day, escaping London, and gardening. He's a self-proclaimed DIY expert, and is unbeaten on the BBQ.

Connor integrates arts and culture into client projects and spaces, and leads on events and exhibitions at The Art House - he’s also partial to a Google sheet.
He likes seamlessly connected train journeys, not finishing books (then buying more), and cinnamon buns. He's very good at falling asleep during films, and can make an excellent stir-fry.

Oscar heads up the Marketing team for Acrylicize in London and New York, working across strategy, comms, brand, and social media - he has a way with words.
He likes hot honey, the feeling of a post-seaside shower, and nursing neglected houseplants back to life. He can hold his own in a debate, and can whistle better than the wind.

Becca has a focus on story-driven, experiential art, and helps to lead the creative vision for the design team - she also speaks and presents ideas with a style often likened to M&S food adverts.
She likes onsen candles, Marvel’s Spider-Man video game, and K-pop. She has excellent recall for theme songs of old TV shows and adverts, and has a knack for mimicking the narrator of Masterchef.

Gloria works closely with clients and internal teams to ensure financial harmony across projects - she's the numbers gal.
She likes superheroes (a lot), wine (lots of it), and TV (probably too much). She's an excellent spreadsheet-er, and has an extremely loud, instantly recognisable laugh.

Jo's in charge of curating and commissioning emerging artists and creatives worldwide - she has a contagious enthusiasm for all things art.
She likes art galleries and museums, Sunday mornings, and corgis. She has an eye for finding quirky activities, and can recite the first Harry Potter movie word for word.

Matt manages projects globally, delivering big ideas and solving problems wherever they arise - he's always calm under pressure.
He's obsessed with skipping (jumprope), zoning out on long train journeys, and fresh-out-the-box trainers. He's apt at building stuff (literally anything), and driving a car in reverse.

Emma manages the full lifecycle of projects, from the ideas room through to delivery on site - she's a hyper-organised, kanban chart-lover.
She likes rock climbing, weeping willows, and carbonara. She's a super speedy reader, and never, ever gets lost on a hike (at least not yet...).

She likes the sun, Fuji apples (3 per day), and writing with a fountain pen. She has an extremely good, yet selective, memory, and can pack a suitcase so efficiently it could be a sport.

She likes pygmy goats, cereal without milk, and the smell of freshly cut grass. She's big into showjumping, and sees Lime bikes as the most elite form of transport.

He likes the all-encompassing power of coffee, replicating a complicated takeout dish at home, and accidental creative triumphs. He can happily identify samples in songs, and has a pixel-perfect eye for spacing.

Lawrence is a multidisciplinary design whizz, working across wayfinding, environmental graphics, bespoke artworks, branding, and everything in between - he’s a fast learner.
He likes Underground Resistance’s back catalogue, dappled light, and random zooming on google earth. He can easily locate the ‘visual centre’, and is a dab hand at birthday gifting.

He likes the inescapable truth of language's fallibility (might need to Google Translate that one), 'work' as a research method, and cats. He's very good at fitting into small spaces, and has a 1/1 boxing record.

Sean bridges the gap between design and production for Acrylicize teams in London and New York, with a keen focus on layout and materiality - he likes the details.
He likes West Ham FC, being outdoors, and good quality Sunday roasts. He's tidy by nature, and is a trusted source for well-curated Spotify playlists at the London studio.

Stevie ensures creative visions are achievable, and technical resolutions are implemented successfully - he's a concept-through-delivery kind of guy.
He likes designing in 3D, Spotify daylists, and knowing that the smaller the lamp = the bigger the vibe. He's an excellent painter, and a master at learning any game (video, card etc.).

Julia draws up details, plans and elevations, and delves into the specifics of how 'stuff' works - she's a problem solver.
She likes locking eyes with dogs, when seals pop their heads out of the ocean to check what’s up, and the smell of Argos catalogues. She's good at parallel parking, and pointing out passing sheep.

Harry is a designer and conceptual artist, who works across artworks, environmental design, and graphics - he’s also an expert at extending free trials through the use of absurd email addresses.
He likes walking, writing, and hiding (in that order). He's a three-dimensional thinker, and can balance almost anything on his nose.

Sierra is a designer working across our global client portfolio, with a focus on environmental graphic design - she's a visual storyteller.
She likes doing aerial silks, woodworking, and hunting for the perfect queso. She's good at jenga packing her suitcase, and consistently going in the opposite direction Google Maps tells her.

Studio Manager in London, ensuring the space runs like clockwork, and the people have what they need to be their best - she’s omnipresent, and always ready to lend a hand.
She likes crafting and jewellery making, anything French Bulldog-related, and people-watching. She brings the party (every single time), and creates Michelin star-level grazing tables.

She likes petting dogs, acute angles, and happening upon a fully charged Lime bike. She's very good at finding four-leaf clovers, and can throw tea bags into mugs from any distance.
